FPSR is so pleased to announce the addition of two new providers to our staff. We have been really busy over the summer, sometimes causing a longer than ideal wait for appointments, which is never our intention. We are happy to introduce these ladies to you and to let you know that they will both start seeing patients in September. You may call now to make your appointment.
Maddie Coppock, FNP is a native of Charlottesville, VA. In 2015, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Virginia and began her nursing career in Nashville, TN at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. While continuing to work as a registered nurse, she obtained her Master of Science in Nursing at Vanderbilt University and graduated in August 2019. After graduation, she and her husband moved back to Virginia to be closer to family. Maddie began working as a Family Nurse Practitioner at a local urgent care center.
Maddie’s passion is for creating lasting relationships with her patients. She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and is a member of the AANP and VCNP. Maddie enjoys working with patients of all ages and partners with each one of them on their individual health journeys.
Outside of work, Maddie enjoys spending time with her chocolate Labrador, trying new restaurants, and cheering on the Virginia Cavaliers. She and her husband are high school sweethearts and have loved exploring Richmond, while being closer to their families in Charlottesville. Maddie is an enthusiastic and thoughtful provider who works hard with her patients to promote healthy lifestyles and practices. She is looking forward to being a part of the FPSR team and to building relationships with patients.
Please join us in welcoming Maddie to FPSR!
