Meet Our Providers

John A. Siedlecki, MD earned his B.A. in Chemistry and Religion at the University of Virginia in 1991. In 1995, he received his Doctorate of Medicine from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine. After earning his medical degree, he completed his residency in Family Practice at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine, serving as chief resident. He is board certified in Family Practice from the American Board of Family Practice. Dr. Siedlecki has been a partner with Family Practice Specialists of Richmond, PC since 1998, and has special interests in preventative medicine and sports medicine. He served as the team physician for Trinity Episcopal High School for over twenty years. Dr. Siedlecki is an Associate Clinical Professor at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine and has served on the Virginia Academy of Family Practice Board of Directors advising members on regional and national interests relating to family medicine. He performs numerous procedures in the office, including skin surgeries and joint injections. Dr. Siedlecki is actively involved with Virginia Care Partners (VCP), which is a physician-run quality care organization that is dedicated to improving the quality of care and lowering the cost of health care in the Richmond area.  He currently serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of VCP.   Dr. Siedlecki is dedicated to providing comprehensive primary care to his patients.

Dalia Elsayed earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Virginia, later attended Virginia Commonwealth University’s School of Nursing where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, and then went on to earn her Master’s Degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Georgetown University in the summer of 2015. Dalia worked as a Registered Nurse for Virginia Commonwealth University Health Systems. She has experience in medical-surgical/intensive care, pediatrics, oncology, and women’s health.

Her professional interests include endocrinology/diabetes, pediatrics, health/wellness education, and preventive care. Dalia is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners and is a member of the Virginia Council of Nurse Practitioners.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, cooking/baking, reading, and spending time with her husband, Hossam and daughters, Nadine and Kinzy. Dalia is dedicated to providing holistic care to her patients and their families.

Caroline Greer, FNP-C, was raised in Charlottesville, VA. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Mary Washington before attending the University of Virginia School of Nursing, where she received her master’s degree in nursing. Caroline began her nursing career at VCU Health in the Surgical/Trauma Intensive Care Unit where she continued to work while completing her Family Nurse Practitioner degree at Georgetown University.

Caroline is board certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is eager to grow and evolve in her profession. Her professional interests include preventative care, health/wellness promotion, and chronic disease management. Her goal is to provide holistic care by partnering with her patients to help them reach their health goals.

Outside of work, Caroline enjoys spending time with her husband, Ryan and her dog, Ace. She also enjoys reading, baking, and playing volleyball, tennis, and pickleball with family and friends.

Chris received his B.S. in Health Policy and Administration from Penn State University in May 2000 and his Masters in Public Administration from UNC-Chapel Hill, May 2022.  Chris was the Director of Procurement and Administrative Services for the Department of Medical Assistance Services for many years, when he realized that he wanted to serve others and help them take that next step in their health care journey.  I really enjoy the one-on-one conversations, the relationships, and understanding each person and their unique story.”

Once Chris made the decision to begin his second career, he studied at Elizabethtown College in Pennsylvania to obtain his Masters in Physician Assistant Studies.  He graduated in August 2024, joining FPSR October 2024.

Chris is married, has 3 children, and lives in Chesterfield. In his free time he enjoys being outside, hiking along the James River, playing golf, and cooking with his family.

Please join us in welcoming Jessica Aseng, PA. Jessica is thrilled to join the dedicated team of providers at FPSR and to begin her career serving the Richmond/Midlothian community. Having recently graduated in March from South University with her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies, she is eager to apply her fresh knowledge and enthusiasm to patient care.

Before pursuing her PA education, Jessica earned her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the New Jersey Institute of Technology in Newark. Her commitment to healthcare was further solidified through diverse experiences as a medical scribe, EMT, and ER technician, providing her with a strong foundation in patient interaction and medical environments.

Jessica is deeply passionate about family medicine, especially the opportunity to build relationships by talking with her patients and emphasizing the importance of preventative medicine. She believes strongly in a collaborative, patient-centered approach, ensuring that individuals are active participants in their healthcare decisions. While she enjoys all aspects of family practice, Jessica has a special interest in women’s health.

Originally from the Poconos, Pennsylvania, Jessica moved to Richmond two years ago and has quickly fallen in love with the vibrant environment and welcoming community. When she is not working, she enjoys playing soccer, staying active, spending quality time with her two cats, and being with her family. Jessica is excited to provide compassionate, comprehensive care to patients from teens through adulthood. She looks forward to meeting you and your family!

Denise Cochran, R.D. received her B.S. in Nutrition Science from Penn State University. She received her Masters in Medical Science from Emory University. She has worked as a Registered Dietician/Nutritional Counselor, since 1984. Denise has worked at Family Practice Specialists of Richmond since 1995. She also has given nutrition seminars in the community on such topics as sports nutrition, childhood nutrition, heart healthy eating and weight loss.

Dionna Howard is a passionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner.  She graduated from Chamberlain University in August 2025.

With a strong foundation in nursing, Dionna earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) in December 2019.  Over the past six years, she honed her skills as both a staff and travel nurse, gaining invaluable experience on a medical surgical floor, providing high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

Having always been drawn to family medicine, Dionna is thrilled to be embarking on this new chapter in her career, where she can make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients and their families.  With a compassionate approach and a deep commitment to patient-centered care, Dionna is excited to provide holistic, long-term care and build lasting relationships with the individuals and families she serves.

Originally from Richmond, VA, Dionna is excited to bring her passion to the Chesterfield community, where she is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of those she cares for.  Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, cycling, and listening to music–activities that help recharge her energy and passion for both personal and professional growth.

FPSR is so pleased to introduce Virginia Billings, PA-C, as the newest member of our healthcare team.  Virginia was born and raised in Greensboro, NC.  She attended Washington and Lee University and gained her master’s degree in biology in 2021.  Virginia worked as a medical assistant in primary care for 2 years in North Carolina before she felt the pull of PA school.  She earned her Physician Assistant degree from James Madison University in 2025 and is now a board-certified Physician Assistant who is excited to provide meaningful care to our patients.

Virginia’s career interests include in-office procedures, wellness education, and chronic care.  She hopes to form lasting partnerships with patients to provide well-rounded and excellent healthcare.

When she is not working, Virginia likes to spend her time outside reading, making pottery, painting, and playing soccer and pickleball with her friends.  She is excited to meet you.
