We want to share an important update regarding our practice.
Over the next couple of months, two of our providers will be leaving our office. Chris Foca, PA, has accepted a new professional opportunity, while Caroline Greer, FNP has made the decision to step away from practice to spend more time at home with her children. While we are sad to see them go, we are grateful for the compassionate care and dedication they have shown to our patients, and we wish them both the very best in this next chapter.
Please note that Caroline will be leaving at the beginning of September and Chris the beginning of October.
We understand that provider transitions can be concerning, and we want to reassure you that providing excellent patient care remains our highest priority. We are actively recruiting qualified providers to join our team and are working diligently to fill these positions as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we transition.
