We remain open, and are happy to see you when you need our services. In this effort, we can work together to reduce the burden on critical healthcare facilities. While we prefer to see you in the office, we understand that unusual circumstances may prevent you from doing so. In these cases, we may offer you a Virtual Visit (Tele-Health)** until such time you are able to return to the office. These real-time, virtual visits are conducted from the safety and comfort of your own home. These visits are similar to in-office visits where we can offer you a variety of services:
- Assess, evaluate, and treat medical conditions,
- Medication management and refills,
- Discuss lab results, recent procedures, or outpatient testing,
- Provide patient education or instruction,
- Answer your questions and address any other concerns that you may have,
- Perform Annual Wellness Visits.
** Mobile device, tablet, or laptop, is required for this service.
Other Steps We Have Taken to Keep You Safe:
We have established separate times of the day to see “well” patients and “sick” patients. Anyone making an appointment will be screened and given an appointment in an appropriate time slot.
We have established a separate entry way for seeing sick patients so there is no exposure to others who are well. There are also separate, designated exam rooms for patients who are not feeling well.
Patients are waiting in their cars until we are ready to escort them to their examination room. No sitting in our waiting room!
