It is with great sadness that we announce the departure of Michaela Bass, PA. Michaela will be leaving the Richmond area towards the end of the year, moving to be closer to her parents. In the few years that Michaela has been with FPSR, she has been a great physican assistant and has many loyal patients who will definitely feel this loss. While her move hurts us all, we completely understand the need to be closer to her family.
We are diligently working to hire a replacement soon so that Michaela will have time to introduce her patients to the new provider. It has been a very difficult time since the pandemic with many staffing changes. We will continue to be here for our patients, even if the providers change from time to time. Our patients are the reason we are here, and that is the one thing that will never change.
