Insurance & Billing

Our practitioners participate with most major health insurance plans. Some of these plans are:

• Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield (including Keycare, Healthkeepers)
• Out of state Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield
• Cigna
• United Healthcare
• Southern Health
• Aetna
• Tricare
• Medicare and all Medicare Private Fee For Service products

For other commercial carriers, we recommend that patients contact their carrier to confirm that we are in their network.

Under most health plans patients are only required to pay the primary care physician co-pay at the time of service, but it is important to know your policy.

If you do not have health insurance, payment in full is due at the time of service.
